GhenoArch started in 2020 with the main purpose: to help homeowners imrpove their homes regardless of their budget by delivering high quality service. We have the flexibility to work on really small projects where other companies prefer not to get involved.

We can provide assistance and expertise in every stage of the construction project regardless of the complexity. We work closely with: local authorities, structural, mechanical engineers, SAP assessors, landscape designers and manufacturers. We always aim to provide adquate and realistic solutions.

THE OWNER EVGENY STATEV

'I am architect with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Specialising in residential buildings, my internetional curriculum covers work as Project Architect in France on large scale developments mainly in the area of Bordeaux. Key projects comprise: refurbishment of 518 residential units, 108 new build affordable apartments, 69 new built apartments over existing single storey shopping Centre, but exceptionally 10,200 sq. m. (109,800 sq. ft.) of business premises (award winning project).

I continued my career in UK as Senior Architect in a medium size architectural practice in Twickenham. I worked on various projects, such as: 48 units new build development in Romford, 133 new build apartments and houses in Mill Hill, plus several high-end multimillion house refurbishments in: Mayfair, St. James's, Knightsbridge Bayswater and Wimbledon

Being involved in small and large scale projects with different complexity in both: UK and France, allowed me to develop a strong knowledge and technical expertise in residential projects of all sorts.'
